Hoboken Recorders - 66 Willow Ave. Hoboken, NJ

The Studio

Hoboken Recorders is a full-service analog and digital recording studio located in downtown Hoboken, New Jersey—five minutes outside of downtown Manhattan via Holland Tunnel or PATH train service. Our facility operates 24/7 and has every conceivable type of restaurant and pub within walking distance to our door. The studio is known for its laid-back vibe, great sounding recordings and no-pressure recording experience.

Our control room is completely separated from the live rooms, and connected by video feed. We find that this provides a much more comfortable environment than being in a room with engineers scrutinizing you through a big window, or worse yet—in the room with you. Our setup is flexible; we have a small iso booth; a larger, completely isolated room with oak sound dispersion panels on the walls; and a room with a drum riser, with similar acoustic treatment.

The Gear

We've got a bunch of great mic pre's, compressors, vintage amps, tons of pedals and more; check it out.
